What exactly is Demi?
Demi is a half-proof spirit — 20% ABV, or half the strength of a conventional bottle. It's made to be mixed, poured, and enjoyed exactly the way you'd use full-proof vodka, just built for evenings that go longer. Same ritual, same glass, same "make mine a martini." You just get to order another. Low Proof, High Class.
Why half proof?
Because the best nights aren't a sprint. Full-proof spirits were built for a different pace; Demi was built for hosting the dinner party and remembering it. It's not about drinking less - it's about drinking longer, better, and with more style. Go on, order another.
How do I use it in cocktails
Exactly like full-strength vodka. One-for-one, no math required. A Dirty Demi Martini, an Espresso Martini, a Bloody Mary at brunch — every classic works as written. The only difference is what happens after: the second round tastes as good as the first, and you're still the best conversation at the table.
Half The Proof - All The Occasion
20% ABV - half the strength of a conventional spirit, none of the compromise
Built for evenings measured in hours, not rounds
Distilled, Not Diluted
Our Vodka is sourced the grains that grow in the Ohio river valley.
Our Alteña Blanco is crafted from Tequila sourced in Los Altos de Jalisco at half proof
Whatever you're drinking, Demi has you covered.
Mixes Like a Classic
Swaps one-for-one into every cocktail - margarita, martini or a paloma, you name it
No recalculating, no new recipes — just make it Demi
Go On, Order Another
The second cocktail tastes as good as the first - and so does the third
Keep it in the fridge, ready for whoever's staying for one more
