A note from our founders

Twenty-five years of friendship, two guys from London who packed up for LA chasing one dream: to bring back the golden age of cocktail culture.

A time when one was always dressed to the nines. Every night an occasion. Where agreeing to another round was simply the polite thing to do.

We didn't want to diminish that ritual. We wanted to extend it.

So here's Demi, half the proof, twice the round, every bit as chic.

Demi means ‘half’ in French (but of course, you knew that already).

Our Demi Vodka is crafted to 20% ABV, half the proof of a full-strength spirit.

Two Demi Martinis for every one regular serve. “Go on, order another” you hear us say.

Some drinks mark the moment. The first round when everyone arrives. The one that appears after the bill.
