Three Grain Crafted With

Vodka

We start with barley and rye sourced from the Ohio River Valley, a growing region known for its soft, mineral-rich water and fertile alluvial soil. Barley brings a subtle creaminess. Rye brings the bite. To those we add a third grain: wheat, distilled in-house at our Michigan distillery, which contributes a clean, slightly sweet finish.

The blend is distilled and rested in Michigan, then bottled at 20% ABV. Lower proof doesn't mean less flavour. In fact, it lets you notice more of it.

The result is a vodka with texture, structure, and enough presence to make a proper martini. One with all the ritual, all the pleasure, and room for another round if the conversation calls for it.
